Our sales are usually conducted over two, occasionally three, days.
We obtain all the necessary local permits prior to the sale.
Notify your neighbors of the upcoming sale to ensure minimal local parking disruption.
Staff your sale with sufficient customer oriented people to answer questions and assist and promote sales.
Employ an ‘early arrival’ number system to control the number of customers in the home.
Evaluate your items and price to ensure the dual targets of both a speedy sale and the maximum return.
Display all items to their best effect and provide security for anything especially valuable.
Provide wrapping paper and bags as necessary.
Place roadside signage for directions to the sale. Remove it afterward.
Advertise the sale to attract a high volume of interested buyers.
Take pictures for placement on our website as needed.
Provide you with the financial proceeds of the sale within four business days.
We have an active web presence that can sell any items of particular value that did not sell during the estate sale. We will inventory the item, send link to you so that you can follow progress and then distribute the proceeds to you when sold.
We can also arrange to dispose of any unsold items to charitable organizations or box and send them to you at an out-of-state address if necessary.
We can leave the house ‘broom clean’ ready for sale if desired.
