I’ve done garage sales before why don’t I do this myself?

Garages sales, held in your driveway and usually involving lower priced items are somewhat different to the sale of the contents of an entire house.  You would be surprised – no, let’s make that amazed - at the number of items that the average person has collected and stored away somewhere in their home.  Everything from furniture to ornaments, from appliances to garage tools, from kitchenware to table linens is evaluated, priced and offered for sale.  There are usually a lot of people in attendance a lot of questions are asked and a lot of organization is needed. 

What’s the process when I call you?

We’ll meet with you at the home and discuss your objectives and needs.  Is everything to go? What stays if not? When should the sale be? What do you want done with unsold items? This also gives us a chance to perform an initial evaluation of the size and scope of the sale.

How much will I get?

We will take the time to evaluate your items for condition, value and present popularity to arrive at a fair market price. We have considerable experience in collectibles, books, household goods and other areas and utilize all the extensive resources and knowledge at our disposal to ensure the maximum income from your sale.  We will negotiate as needed with the customers to ensure that as many items as possible are sold for as much as possible.
